Students: Logging into Zoom Mac/PC | Chromebook | iPhone/iPad | Troubleshooting Logging into the Zoom App (Mac/PC) If haven't already downloaded the Zoom app, download and install Zoom from zoom.us/support/download Open Zoom Click Sign in Click Sign in with SSO Type "heschel" and click Continue Log into your Heschel Google account Click Open zoom.us You're all set! Logging into the Zoom App (Chromebook) Open the Zoom app Click Sign in with SSO Type in "Heschel" Log into your Heschel Google account After logging in, you should see the following screens: Without closing the Zoom app, head over to the browser (http://heschel.schoology.com is a good starting point to find your schedule), and launch the Zoom meeting you'd like to join You'll be automatically entered into the Zoom meeting's waiting room When the host lets you into the meeting, you should be all set Logging into the Zoom App (iPhone/iPad) Open Safari Navigate to accounts.google.com/accountchooser Choose your Heschel Google account, or add it if it doesn't appear If Zoom isn't already on your device, you can download the Zoom app from the app store:apps.apple.com/us/app/zoom-cloud-meetings/id546505307 Open the Zoom app Tap Sign In Tap SSO Type heschel, then tap Go Tap Open (it may prompt you to choose your account here as well) You should now be logged in Open Safari Launch the Zoom meeting you'd like to join (http://heschel.schoology.com/ is a good starting point to find your schedule) Tap Open You'll be automatically entered into the Zoom meeting's waiting room Once they let you in, tap Call Using Internet Audio You're all set! Having trouble logging into Zoom? Try restarting the Zoom app, or, if that doesn't work, try restarting your device. If you share a device with multiple people or if you have multiple Google accounts on the same device, make sure that you are logged into your Heschel Google account by following these steps.
