Zoom Meetings: Using Spotlight Video and Pin Video

8 STEPS

1. To spotlight someone's video, click the three dots on that person's video

2. Click Spotlight Video. Spotlighting will change the screen of every member of the meeting. Please note that then can change it to something else themselves afterwards.

3. To cancel spotlight someone's video, click the three dots on that person's video

4. Click Cancel the Spotlight Video

5. To pin someone's video, click the three dots on that person's video

Step 5 image

6. Click Pin Video. Pinning only affects your display. Other participants will continue to see the gallery or speaker view they have selected.

7. To unpin someone's video, click Unpin Video

8. That's it. You're done.
