Zoom Meetings: How to mute the video and audio of a participant

9 STEPS

1. To stop the video of a student, click the three dots on that students video

2. Click Stop Video

3. To start the video of a student, click the three dots on that students video

4. Click Ask to Start Video

Step 4 image

5. To mute the audio of a student, click the three dots on that students video

Step 5 image

6. Click Mute

Step 6 image

7. To ask to unmute the audio of a student, click the three dots on that students video

Step 7 image

8. Click Ask to Unmute. The student will need to accept (if you have not received pre-approved consent)
