13 STEPS
1 When you receive an email inviting you to contribute to your child's class folder tap Open to access the folder.
2 This will open up the folder in the Google Drive app. (Install the Google Drive app if it is not on your smartphone.)
3 Tap the three horizontal dots to get the options menu.
4 Tap Add shortcut to Drive
5 Choose a location in My Drive to create the shortcut.
6 You will now be able to find your child's folder without the email invitation.
7 Open the folder for the assignment you are uploading.
8 Tap the Plus Sign to upload a new file.
9 You can upload a picture you have already taken.
10 Or, you can Take a Picture right from this menu in the Google Drive app.
11 Once the file has been uploaded, you can rename it by tapping the options icon.
12 Tap Rename
13 Type a new name for the file. Then tap Rename and you are done!
