11 Click Schedule a Meeting

12 A new tab opens with a new Google Calendar event. Click Add guests and type in participants' names

13 Added guests will appear below your email address.

14 You can also share the meeting info (in addition to, or instead of, inviting "Guests" to the Google Calendar event). Select the meeting info

15 Right click and click Copy, then paste it in your destination (email, chat, text, etc.)

16 I recommend bolding the password so the calendar event guests can more easily spot it. Select the password

17 Click the bold icon

18 The calendar event guests can now more easily spot the password
